What is a bundle discount on Shopify?

A bundle discount lowers the price when customers buy products together. With NeatBundles you take a fixed amount or a percentage off the whole bundle, and the discount is applied to the bundle in the cart.

Do customers need a discount code?

No. Every bundle price and discount is applied automatically in the cart, and the bundle discount shows on the bundle line at checkout.

Should I use a fixed price or a calculated price?

A fixed price works well for a simple offer like any 12 cookies for $28, especially when the products cost about the same. A calculated price follows the products the customer picks, so it suits bundles with products at different prices.

What is the difference between volume and bulk discounts?

Volume discounts reward more items inside one bundle, with up to 4 tiers. Bulk discounts reward buying several of the same bundle at once, with up to 5 tiers. The volume and tiered discounts page covers volume tiers in depth.

Can I give a free gift with a bundle?

Yes. Free gift products are added to the cart with the bundle. You can add every gift automatically or let the customer choose some, with a minimum and maximum.

Can I offer upsells in a bundle?

Yes. Upsell products can be offered inside the bundle summary, so customers see them while they review their bundle.

How much does NeatBundles cost?
