What kinds of bundles can I build with NeatBundles?
Mix and match bundles, build your own bundle and build a box flows, gift boxes, and multi-step guided bundles. One app covers all of them, as a single step or a guided flow, so you are not paying for a separate app per bundle type.
Do I need to edit my theme code?
No. One-click theme setup adds the bundle builder to a page from your theme editor. Nothing is injected into your theme files and nothing is left behind if you uninstall. Colors, layout and wording are all controlled in the app.
Will it work with my theme?
It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, which covers every free Shopify theme and almost all paid ones released in the last few years. If you are on an older vintage theme, email us before installing and we will check it for you.
How does bundle pricing work?
Fixed or calculated. Fixed charges one price for the whole bundle no matter what goes in it, which is the usual choice for a build a box offer. Calculated adds up the variants the customer picked, which suits ranges with a wide spread of prices.
Can I offer discounts on bundles?
Yes. Fixed amount, percentage, and tiered bulk discounts that unlock a better rate the more the customer buys. You can also attach free gifts that drop into the cart automatically whenever someone builds the bundle.
How does the bundle show up in the cart and on the order?
Everything the customer picked is merged into one bundle line item at the cart, with the individual selections recorded against it. Your customer sees one clean line, and you see exactly what to pack.
Can I collect personalization from customers?
Yes. Content steps collect gift messages, dates, dropdown answers, numbers and photo uploads at any point in the flow, and everything arrives attached to the order so you can fulfil it exactly as the customer asked.
Can customers oversell my stock?
No. Inventory syncs automatically, so a product that has run out stops being selectable inside the builder. You can also set minimum and maximum quantities per step and limit how many times the same product can be repeated.
Does it work in other languages?
Yes. Every piece of text in the builder is translatable, so the bundle reads in the same language as the rest of your store.
How much does NeatBundles cost?
It is free to start and you pay as you grow. Free up to $500 of bundle sales a month, then $19, $39 or $69 a month as your bundle sales pass $500, $3,000 and $8,000. Every feature is on every plan, and partner and development stores are always free.
